Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary by service type:

• Reading Consultations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before scheduled time receive full refund. Later cancellations forfeit payment.
• Book Club Membership: Three-month minimum commitment required. Cancellations effective at end of current billing period.
• Rare Book Sourcing: Research fees are non-refundable once search commences.
• Custom Orders: Non-refundable once book is ordered from distributor.
